Inevitably students will forget their passwords and whilst the website does offer a password reset email system, this does not help students when they've entered their email address incorrectly when signing up or when school email filters block the password reset emails.
To solve the above issues and to give control to you as a teacher, the website offers a 'Student Password Control Tool', allowing you to reset your students' passwords with one click.
If you visit the Teacher Tools > Student Passwords menu options, a page will load where you can select a group and enter a new password for one or more students.
Clicking the 'Update' button will change their password instantly, and a confirmation email will be sent to their email address.
